For under-Development and Non-Possession areas, you're absolutely right on your point. But for the plots with possession, with all due respect Chaiwala sir, you have very less information. Being a Real Estate Agent in Islamabad since 2010, i have seen prices increasing for plots with possession from day 1, regardless of the standard of the any housing society, even in local/side areas. But you're right, any property bought with full market and property analysis and with the help of an professional and experienced agent, who knows how the market works, can be fruitful👍
Azad Bhai we won the first prize bond lucky draw of 1500 in April 2013 and get 27 lacs and my father purchase a plot of worth 24 lacs of 9 marla in Model town c bahawalpur and then my father started business of fancy hens in this plot largest in bwp at that time.And after two years my father sold it 4 marla for 19.5 lacs and we built our house for 23 lacs in 4.45 marla remaining before that we had been living in our grandfather house. So in this way get benefit of 19.5 in just two years and we built own our house.And then after two years we sold it for 62.5 lacs and brought a new plot for 40 lacs covering 6.5 marla. And built the whole structure for 25 lacs.And now our new house value is more than 85 lacs or maybe more than that in this way we produced 50 lacs from purchasing and selling the property
I m not agree with your point of view ...only buying plot in good locality with proper thinking One can get good return in future.I think we should Never buy old properties because it needs maintenance and also if it is not able to be rented so you have to bear huge loss .I think now a days ppl want something new and clean in reasonable rent .so I want to give one advice to contractor pls when u make any building or property choose decent design in reasonable prices .House should be look good ,decent and durable .Because everybody is not so rich .And for those who want to become rich i think they should keep checking on reliable project and buy small plots for future inv.

I am running a property business and I witnessed the rise of almost 45 to 50 % in past 2 years in open land at various places in Karachi, your idea of investment in constructed property is ok but when you go to buy or sale constructed property you have to pay heavy amount in transfer process as government taxes apart from that there is nothing like that in plots and the transaction process is way more simple.

A lot of times, people rent out their homes to companies who need it for their visiting employees. Renting it out to companies is safe but you should also be careful in this regard which company is profitable.

I was thinking for a while about this business, my idea is to buy a PLOT construct a ground story immediately on it and place it on rent. Stop misguiding people. Plots have always remained profitable in Pakistan. Ghar, Flats, Banglows all 2x the price of plots and always have low rent. Both work well in Pakistan. Just make sure whatever you buy is approved by govt.
He's right actually. Plots may yield a good capital gain at time of sale. But a house or apartment pays rent. So the investment is yielding a stable rental income along with capital gains. Selling is completely upto you. Makes good sense!

Stop misguiding people. Plots have always remained profitable in Pakistan. Ghar, Flats, Banglows all 2x the price of plots and always have low rent. Both work well in Pakistan. Just make sure whatever you buy is approved by govt.

He's right actually. Plots may yield a good capital gain at time of sale. But a house or apartment pays rent. So the investment is yielding a stable rental income along with capital gains. Selling is completely upto you. Makes good sense!

What you stated that is right I appreciate your point of view but I faced different story I was bougth a polt and i living aboard when I came back I saw building on my polt I asked the people they said this is our home in this condition what shall I do it first experience for me to buy property in pakistan now I have all the documents but No polt how he build home on other people property where the security where is the police from these people there is any place shall I go to get my right since that day I fad up and feel very disappointment from the government how kabaza people are enjoying their life and occupied other people property and i am the real owner I can't even touch the door the government should take serious step for this matter specially for people who living out of Pakistan i hope some one will guide me on this thank you
