For people who lack knowledge with the current Saitama in manga. Saitama has done absurd things like entering someone's pocket dimensions, phoenix man. Grabbing portals and throwing them around. Even time traveling when he was given the knowledge to do so.
Why couldn't Saitama just leave dimension 106? In the battle with the garou, he calmly passed through the portals, which means it works with portals 106, it is also possible that Saitama can teleport himself

Plus, there was the part where he punched his way into Phoenix Man's dimension.

I like the idea of 106 fighting Saitama with equal cosmology,but what if Saitama was contained in the foundation? As someone already said that,it would fit perfectly
ngl saitama is an anomaly in his own way, his anomalous trait is that he always has more power to beat his opponent with, and is always slightly more durable than whatever damage he is taking can produce.
his gag character aspect also applies to scp in a pataphysical way (idk if i spelled that right lol) in that since he is ment to be funny, his powers warp the powerscaling of the universe itself to make whatever he's fighting against have a "funny" outcome exg: fighting a huge op monster that normally would warrant a very dramatic fight scene: kills it in one hit. fighting a mosquito which most normal non anomalous humans could kill easily: ends up using a significant amount of his power to generate after images and create shockwaves signifying his speed and power being used, only for the mosquito to end up evading his attacks and possibly damage him by sucking his blood despite just being a normal mosquito (under mind control by a monster but only compelled to seek blood, not given any type of boost to stats)
