- A settlement has been reached in a police shooting of an unarmed Black man in Sacramento. The city will pay $1.7 million to the parents of Stephon Clark who was killed by officers while holding a cell phone in 2018. But as Marlee Ginter reports, some say there is still more that needs to be done.

Chases dont justify shooting. Officers can only shoot people when they're fired upon. Not that hard.
if you're an officer in the law with everyday being a quick response to your actions and judgment, you must indefinitely have control of the situation with confirmed actions to your reactions. lethal force should be last resort if necessary.
