Interesting use of git & workflow! (I am the developer of GitVine) Something which might help on the application status updates, git has a cool feature called git notes, which allows text notes to be added to any commit in history. GitVine version 9.2 allows git notes to be added/edited/searched & would fit nicely with job application interviews, offers etc.
Wow , you’ve quickly become my new favorite RUclips channel////creator!! Thanks for taking the time to explain and stuff and talk about your experience. Super inspired
I think this is super cool, but I’m a CS undergrad and all the resume advisors I’ve been to have recommended just a simple format. I think that’s super boring and would prefer to do something like this, but does it affect getting jobs in a negative way?
You can use whatever format you want and track it with git. I’ve used word docs, html, and markdown. How you track the versions and applications is what I think is valuable
