He was unbelievable when healthy. Some of the stuff he was doing we had not seen to much of ever. Speed , athleticism, strength , and he was crafty as well which was at that time a part of his game I believe was very underrated. I think he relies totally on that now and still is very successful. He was way better than Westbrook at this time it took Westbrook almost another decade to get to this level Rose was that cold coming into the league . Plus rose was able to get us number 1 seed every year until he got hurt . We were always in the playoffs
They would’ve definitely beat the Sixers if not in sweep, 5 games . They would’ve beat Boston in the next series in 5 or 6, and Miami would’ve been tough , but bulls developed that system to beating them . Spurs used it to dismantle them in 2014. Bulls developed it . Move the ball consistenly against that trapping aggressive defense. Bulls didn’t shoot the ball quite as well as the Spurs in 2014, but they were good enough to get by the heat . They would’ve beating a young Okc team with Harden, Westbrook, and Durant as well . Would’ve at least got 1 chip out of it .
What I find even more amazing is he would do this against teams best defenders he was insane I hate injuries for robbing us of greatness probably would’ve been top 5 point guards ever he was doin shit I still haven’t seen till this day even with Kyrie and curry etc the way he plays the glass his speed the way he uses his speed his crossovers just everything he was great already
