I cant thank you enough for posting this. I bought one for Christmas 2023 and I now know why I got it for $375 off of Amazon. I got the engine but only three cars, two passenger cars and an observation car that is not domed. I found a domed one on Amazon for $74 dollars. It was discounted because the box was heavily damaged but nothing was wrong with the car. I guess if I had bout the one that was going for almost $500 I would have gotten the domed car. I just put up my table (12x10) and settled on the layout that I want. Now I'm working on the accessories and found myself fixated more on your accessories than the train. Dude, you have a nice layout. Again, thanks for posting this.
I got a train depot from Menards in the same way I'm getting that observation car. It had been dropped but was still good. All I had to do was glue a few things back on top and it looks fine. I am going to a train show down in Springfield, Mo later on in the year.@@vypeman

Thank you. I got lucky finding all the extra cars at a train show. Most of the buildings and such are Menard's

How do you like the orange remote holders ? I see them on eBay .
I love them. The fit the remotes perfect plus they come in more colors than just orange. A few of us in the club have them for our home layouts
