You know you're falling for yourself when .. you have a outer view of yourself, you can completely see yourself as you're .. you are falling for your skintone just as it is. I call myself moana 😘🥰 .. you like to sit alone, spend time alone with your thoughts ( for me i go to my terrace, watch my plants, clouds , moon and the wind💓) i write everything in my journal .. in this journey you get to know many things about yourself (hobbies, interests, values, fun) i know & exploring .. you're more likely smile when you watch yourself dressing, clicking photos 😍😍😍 & the list goes on .. We're all in this journey, there's no one who has completely figured out everything explore baby girl love you 🐥 God loves you
Love yourself 1. Positive Self talk 2. Shadow work (uncover insecurity and fear) realease it 3. Forgiveness and compassion 4. Step into a new identity (make a vision) 5. Integrate self love habits and practices 6. Focus on progress not perfection
after a long time investing in myself since last year, I could say I pretty much love myself so I'd rate it as 7.5 at this point, but this year I'm gonna progress more to be finally able to love myself fully, thank you aileen ♥︎
The problem is when I am happy for a long time my anxiety and anxious thoughts hit me all over again which I ask myself where did I go wrong like I was doing so good 🥺

Thanks for this video, year 2023 was a terrible year for me personal ever since the pandemic and self love is one of my main goal in my life for 2024. For me it's a 4.5 out of 10, I have started all in your awesome list but the truth is the mind and body takes time to heal, my healing time is going to take over a year or two, alot of work. One, thing I have learned is that to make way for the new you that is healed and better you, you first need to clear out all of the bad you and its going to make you doubt, fail and cry (even in the inside), but their is great power in love, faith and hope when trying to make the new you. So, I am so glad that i am seeing more people taking your advice Lavendaire. Year 2024 will be a excellent one to remember.
I would say I’m at a 7 since I feel there is still a lot to uncover about myself with this self love Journey but I am eager to expand my confidence and self love by discovering more about myself and not being so hard on myself

I feel like I am an 8-9. I only sometimes get anxiety and my mind just overthinks. Listening to music, meditation videos and doing breathing exercises helps a lot to feel calm and at peace.
