Anton has a Canadian (specifically Montreal) accent with a slight trace of a residual Russian accent, and a strong influence from Canadian French (listen to his "th"s sounding almost like "d"s). Montrealers often make good news announcers, or play suave villains in movies. It's mostly in the tonal pattern, which you'll hear in old Montrealers like Leonard Cohen.

@@thePersonGuise The sun doesn't _go away_ during night, the Earth simply rotates such that it blocks our ability to see it. Much like an eclipse. So night sky... does work fine. Ish.

But I have had my blessings and wish this amazing young man would never again have to deal with any kind of strife. Personally I believe her faith / God is taking care of her . I do not know you / what you believe and I hope it doesn't offend you but Im gonna say / pray - God please keep this person and this person's health in your hands . Let them know the comfort and peace that only you can provide ! - I watched my mother anxious sitting and worrying for a long time that the cancer will come back and that's a terrible place to be. It took a little time and she still has some struggles but she's doing so much better ! - sorry for getting off the subject - your comment got me to thinking of mom!!

April 18th. Subscribing so I don't miss if it happens. My mom's nearing the end of her lifespan, and I've just recently gotten her interested in cosmology. She saw the comet two years ago and thought it was really cool- this would blow her mind.
Back in 1986, when I was in High School, I woke in the middle of the night, sat up and looked out of my condo window on the 9th floor. Can't say how long I was staring out towards the horizon, all I saw was a few dozen stars in the sky. The next thing I saw, not to high off the horizon, was a star that got really big, bright and started to shimmer... you could see how intense the energy was! At first I thought it was a helicopter searchlight because it just hovered and the light just shimmered big a bright for a good 10 seconds or so, then shrank back down to it's original size? I didn't see any helicopter flying away, so I was trying to process what I just saw... till this day I don't know what it was that I'd witness but it was pretty spectacular!

It's crazy to step back and realize that this specific nova actually took place in time 3000 years ago. There have been roughly 37 novae between the time this one actually happened and the time it took for that light to reach us for us to know about it. Astronomy is such a fascinating topic to really sit and ponder about.

Well, it does, in the sense that there is dilation from the perspective of the photon. The photons that traveled from the explosion to us experienced no time at all until they slow below the speed of light.@@court2379

My prediction is May 9th :)
The most dangerous Nova was the 1971 Nova that was actually a cop car in the mid 1980's that would pull up next to you at a stop light to see if you would light up the tires and drag race it. The flashing red and blue lights were well hidden as they looked like speakers in the rear window. This was in a Detroit suburb.
We got something similar on the motorways/main A road (our Freeways) here in Essex, England but the cops were driving BMW 5 series! I used to travel down the A120 road doing 130+mph DAILY back in the later 90s (the speed limit was 70! Over 100mph was a licence loss, well over potential prison!) The cops would shoot up behind your car trying to goad you into racing! I was SO close to racing them numerous times, luckily they NEVER caught me!
I had a 1970 Chevelle SS, the most that the Nova would have had was a 396 so it would have been easy to take. Just glad that word got out on the street about the car. I was told about it just two hours earlier and I seen a lot of muscle cars pulled over by it that summer. @@davekennedy6315

@divoulos5758 4 days ago that's rough..I remember the days after my moms death were very dark. I have struggled very much since her death but the 1st month or so was extremely hard. She was my comfort and my security. I felt very alone and unable to cope without her. I still dream that she is alive and we're joking and having fun and wake up feeling so much pain knowing she is gone. It gets somewhat less painful as time goes by but little things will trigger my grief and sends me back into that darkness. I hope you can find solice and begin the process of dealing with your loss better than I have. I was a mommas boy thru n thru, maybe your situation is different. Dealing with my greedy family trying to take my share of her estate has left me angry at my remaining family so I truly feel like once she died the love for my remaining family died with her. Find peace within yourself cuz deep down that's the only way to overcome it. Ive learned nobody truly feels the pain of your loss. It's up to you to find it within you to overcome your grief. My sincere condolences..good luck.

17 Aug, which is always the foggiest month here on the remote Northern Calif. coast. Like @nilsber, I tend to miss pretty much ALL interesting sky events due to rain or fog, or if it's clear, then just tall trees. 😥🙄😮😎

You don't know that as fact. You assume as such
@@andymiller3366speed of light is a fact. Distance measuring of stars based on red-shift is largely accurate. Combine the two, we have the number of times this star has went Nova prior to us seeing its current light.
Now, go color in the corner before you hurt yourself
So between the "Now" we experience and the "Now" in the space-time around the bi-stars there is 3000 years of light, meaning we see the Stars as they were 3000 years ago, here. 3000 div 80 is more than 30 times, which means 30 Nova blasts are in space-time on their way to us.
Sure we don't know exactly when the Nova happens however like the random quantum world it does average to a pattern, which we can be confident in if we have seen enough of the pattern, in this case I feel we can assume each generation of our population may see a cosmic fire fart coming from the Pair.
If it happened 38 times we’d have seen it. 😂

i have a memory of this documentary from way back in 2013 that talked about this, it was predicted to be the 24th of april 2024, so i'll put my money on that one
