Then I decided to become a feminist. But it all started because of her speech and I think she's a really inspiring woman for every girl in the world.

CONGRATULATIONS! this is going to help so many people. It would be incredible if such safeguards could be put into place in more industries.
I can only imagine what it's like on a movie set when you have some of the most attractive, funny, smart, etc humans alive all in one place strutting their stuff around everyone else, in close quarters, and potentially in very sexualized situations (certain scenes being shot, for example). It must be extremely stressful! I can only imagine it's worse for people that have a healthy relationship being tossed into that atmosphere.
Actually FreeBSD has recently added a new "code of conduct" for its members recently that addresses very similar issues, such as harassment. While not exactly the same as a movie set, it shows that even computer communities have similar problems. Google their conduct, it ruffled some feathers!
I guess times are changing! I'm no angel, but it's nice to see something happening to address things (ugh, the head games and things I have to endure as an admin some days... there are days I'd gladly trade my problems in for someone else's!).

I believe that there is a fine line from bullying and having a joke.
Bullying is when the joke goes too far, or when something is clearly out of hand and no longer funny to anyone. Like a fight breaks out or something.
A joke can be as offensive as you want, as long as it’s either true or funny, then go ahead, it’s what’s made comedy great.
Personally, some people really need to lighten up and take a joke.

This is sooo true! Just two days ago during a school dance an old man sexually harassed some of my friends and the principal is telling them they need to get it over with and I was about to blow because you cant forget about being sexually harassed. One of my other friend thought she was going to get kidnapped almost a year ago and she still hasnt got over it

Having worked more than 30 years in the biz, I can tell you that film is one of the least sexist industries where there is certainly no more bullying or harassment than in any other industry.
