DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE BISCUITS, very soft and easy (quick recipe in 5 minutes)
Hi everyone!
Today we are preparing some chocolate biscuits: they are crumbly and crunchy sweets made from flour, butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate. They can be prepared in different variations, with dark, milk or white chocolate, in pieces or drops, and can be enriched with other ingredients, such as walnuts, hazelnuts, dried fruit or spices.
INGREDIENTS:
_ 400 g Chocolate (2.5 Cup)
_ 120 g butter (1/2 cup)
_ 4 eggs.
_ 200 g Sugar (1 Cup)
_ 400 g Flour (3 Cup + 3 Tbsp)
_ 20 g Baking powder (1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp)
The biscuits should be cooked in a preheated oven at a temperature of around 190°C for 10 minutes
