1. Application range: suitable for DN800 to DN2400 steel reinforcement cage.
2. Suitable steel bar diameter: longitudinal wire:6-12mm, ring wire:6-12mm(for the cage diameter more than DN1200,the ring wire thickness could be 12.7mm)
3.Structure form: pulling type
3.Welding longitudinal reinforcement: 12 or 24 pieces/Welding Length: 0-3250mm
4. Ring reinforce gap distance:40-110mm
5.Welding transformer: 300KVA
6.Motor Power: less than 30 KW/380V/60HZ 7.Steel Bar should be low carbon cold wire drawing (meet GB/T343-94 Standard). The steel bar should be clean, no oil and rust.
8. The welding head adopt plate welding with air compressor/water bank/water pump
9.Cooling type:water cooling with cooling tower
10. Electric control box, PLC touch screen, safety protecting fence.
