This clip tickled me pink. Someone else does it the same way I do! Love your work...and subscribed.

That's the go! I'll have a crack tomorrow have got a 550m fence with 6 strainer posts so this method might help me not make a mess at each post

I like it. Not how we do it every time, but simple and effective. Cheers, and nice video.

G'day Mick, great vid. I'm about to try this method for the first time only using 8/90/15. Just wondering if I should use the same length tails as you did with the 30mm (ie remove 2 verticals from each fence end). Cheers.

Hi Mick, so doing it this way you don't really need two strainer boards?
    Thanks .

Hey Bro....Do you move the strainers to the next wire after you set the first 2 gripples?

No mate, shouldnt need too. Only if you haven’t allowed enough length. Gripples should reach and gripples pliers should strain it.

@@bridgeruralservices2647 I do, as I find the fencing strainers strain the wires tighter than the gripple strainers, and easier
I've also taught a mate to just use the Gripples, with the fencing strainers without the need to buy the Gripple Strainer
Saves a couple hundred bucks, as ya don't really need the Gripple Strainer, just the grippers and ya good old fencing strainer, works great 👍
      But thats because I'm a 2 headed Tasmanian 🤪
