Ridiculously good! The phrasing, the sound, the vibrato, the bends, the clean picking, the arpeggios/sweeps, and the one detail that most people have trouble with: Yngwie's "floating" sense of time (which is very hard to replicate) - it's all there. ❤
That was really good, I want to learn an Yngwie song too. I started with Far Beyond the Sun, 15 years ago but failed. Now I'm back at it since I finally have some speed going. Probably something off Fire & Ice, I learnt some of the riffs, that album has seriously awesome riffs. Like "All I want is Everything".
@PatrikGardberg Yeah me too, just rediscovering Marching Out which I love so much! Not on Spotify so I forgot about it, I accidentally wiped my 20k song library. Dug out the CD and Marchin Out is my only CD where the case is empty. Ahhhhh! I think Fire & Ice and some of the previous and following albums Yngwie was in his prime as a songwriter. And his tone was so good. Before he went deaf and turned up the treble and got those Seymour Duncans. I'm a DiMarzio guy all the way as far as Yngwie Strats are concerned. I think his tone was the best and now it's horrible. And same equipment, except for the Duncans. Different brand DOD250 but still the same 1978 circuit which is largely a clone of the MXR D+.
I want to appreciate the perfect pitch. All the bends and vibratos are perfect, dead on point, it's a very rare skill nowadays. You're a great player
damn that was clean and looked effortless!!!
Beautiful
Amazing playing!!!

Go for it, dude ❤ "Fire And Ice" is probably the one Yngwie album I've listened to the most throughout the years.

Wow brother. You gotta get a job as a session guitar player or something
