Really need motivation like this, also the real coach who can give me instruction in the right way... I spent much money but look no result.. so now doing this just at home with a simple way and watching on youtube
youtube make more confort and result than weights diet , then training 3 Times a weeks suplements etc rest mindset.

Grew up alone at school,felt abandoned most of the times and grew up with weak thoughts and till now still alone but positive than ever !
I guess I found true strength within myself just like the saying “no pain no gain” trust me guys no matter what situation you go through or are going though it’ll train you into a positive person you never imagined you could be and then the right people will find you, you will find better company in life.
