That Hi-Lo tone is what my high school used on their 4100ES system, with no voice message. Originally the system was default whoop + message but they confused it for the lockdown alarm and when they changed it, they picked HiLo of all tones and didnt bother with a message.

The Fire alarm went off in my house yesterday. System was a Fire Lite MS-4. Devices were Wheelock MT's on Wheelock sync and Continuous. The type of facility was a Group Home. They were Loud as Heck.

My high school has 4903-9101 strobe plates with 2902-9732 life alarm speakers on them. the panel is a large 4100ES (This school's huge) and its set to the Hi-Lo tone with no voice evac message. There are a few TrueAlert speaker strobes in the newer renovated areas. such as the main office, and the pool area. as well as the fine arts wing.
Awesome stuff! Nice new 4010, reminds me of the one at the High School over here.

If you’re not sending the first 4010 back to Best Security Systems, could I possibly take it off your hands? It would be a nice test panel for me to start off with, and I know a Simplex parts tech. in my area, to repair a few of those parts.
By the way, a Notifier, CAT 15, and Simplex A key are all the same key. I also find the Gold keys often work best (vs the stainless steel/copy ones), and the newer B keys work best with all Simplex Pull Stations/Panels.

Would you possibly sell the old 4010 and ship to Australia? I have been looking for one for while as they don’t come up very often second hand in Australia, I can find plenty of 4100U and 4100ES panels here but they are not practical for a home system
