1st floor : living + kitchen + dining + common toilet
2nd floor : 2 bedrooms with attached toilets in each room

Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this.
Main lounge 6.25x4.2m.
Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m.
Dining 3.5x3m.
Total floor area 45m².
Option B
Main lounge 6x5m.
Dining 3.6x3m
Total floor area 40.8m²
