I was a competitive dancer from age 5 and through to my last year at university. As a id, would train anywhere from 30-40 hours a week, depending on the time of year. I can say from my experience, Hallie is talented. She has not been doing this for too many years from what I understand, and she is extremely advanced in spite of this. She's got natural stage presence, she has timing, and she's starting to get strong technique. Tell her to keep with it! If she keeps working hard, I wonder where she will be by 12!

I did dance when I was younger and stopped before I made it to HS. The styles I did weren’t quite like the ones you are competing rn.
Proud of you Hallie for sticking with it from dance classes and now on a competition team ❤!!! I’ve personally never made a team but I do know of ppl who did.
I somehow would feel ashamed that I didn’t make a team but glad to have friends at university now!
