    I love the work you might not believe it but I've done this marble imitation at the age of 17 In 1979' 1980' nice work .you are good at what your doing

    This is my favorite "how to" faux green marble. I just wish it was a better quality video. I wish she would do this over.

    The purpose of marbling is it should give the impression of being 3D this is done by using a Softening brush either Pure Bristle or a more expensive 'Badger Softener' laying Glaze upon glaze softening with the brushes in between otherwise it looks one dimensional as this demonstration shows... I have been doing this work for over 40 years also working with the National Trust.

      kman a real artist does'nt use gloves ...as a master Chef never use gloves....

      If I was using oil base products I would have worn gloves but I was using non-toxic water base mediums.
