I always do a thank you in my group page, party if they are in, then an email using AMI app, then thank you postcards within few days of order. Then every month I do a happy mail with either a scent circle or car bar and other goodies.

How much is the postage for the scent circle thank you? And how do you mail it? Regular envelope? Thx for these videos. They are really helping out a new consultant like me!!!

Thanks for watching Debra! :) I'm not sure if these particular ones are in the Success Store for you, but you can always hit your favorite craft store and get some stiff felt - just cut into shapes! It works perfect!
Amazon has felt circles too if thats available there.
I sent my first packs of “thank yous, happy mail, samples” I spent $40 at the post office just for postage 😢 I need to sell $200 just to cover that +gas and my time? I was so disappointed
I use pirateship for anything that takes more than a stamp thru post office.
That is definitely something to think about! I currently save out a certain dollar amount from each paycheck to use towards postage costs, (and save those receipts for a tax write off!), but in the beginning of my business I didn't have the extra money for anything fancy. I only would send letter-sized thank you's - I kept it to a Forever Stamp or .70 cents a mailout. A hand written card is always a great way to say thanks! xo
I use PirateShip as well for anything outside of a stamp. It definitely saves some money!

How do you obtain their mailing address when sending the “Scent Circle”? Being that they aren’t yet a customer.
Do these only for your customers who have placed orders.
I usually only do these for the customers who have purchased from me.
