    Had one as my first bike and it was great as a stepping stone towards full fat supersport. Always been quite rare in UK. Yours sounds nice.

    I've had it since 2018. Amazing bike, the riding position is great even on long distance rides. I've done 1000km in 13 hours and it was very comfortable. My only issue is that they are rare so if you ever drop it and need parts, you'll struggle😢 (i know from experience). Excellent review🔥💪🏾

      Thanks so much for your comments bro, I haven't dropped mine thankfully so I wouldn't know. But I know that superfairings has aftermarket replacement fairings. I'm not sure about lights and so the speedo cluster though. I'm sure those will be rare. The riding position is amazing. I've put on 18000 kms in a year now and I loved every bit of it 😊 Super comfortable and very fun to ride. Stay safe on the roads brother 🙏

    I thoroughly enjoyed this review. I'm interested in buying a CBR 600 F for my son only because I have the RR model. I think it would be nice for us to switch between the two bikes depending on what riding style we would like on the day of riding. You gave out all the right information and it's good to see that one can also have fun on these bikes. There are sadly none on the market at this point in time, but thankfully we are not rushing. I hope to find a blue and white one like yours

    Nice video, congrats! I’m getting in love with this CBR model. I’m thinking on getting one, after selling my Tiger 800 last year. I’ve had a MT07 before, now I want something in between those 2 bikes that I had before. This seems to be the one, sporty but comfy. Do you know if it’s comfortable for the passenger? Cheers

    • @SnapShiftMedia
      @SnapShiftMedia  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi there thanks for watching and for the kind words! 😁 100% it's comfortable for the passenger as well. It's has a large seat with lots of comfort and I've taken my mom and my wife on the bike with no issues at all. It has the power to carry both passengers with ease, and the bike is no slouch at all for what it is. It has really great low down torque which makes it great for commuting as well 😊

  • @kentucky_brew3678
    @kentucky_brew3678 6 месяцев назад

    I love the full fairing look myself, and I’m currently after a sports bike but the only problem I have is that I have a bit of a shit lower back 😢. I was considering the gsxr-750 but I’m not sure I’ll be even able to handle that, recently came across the cbr600f and it’s pretty much ticked all the boxes. Also the price of these is fantastic. I’ve got a 2010 cbf600 and it feels fast to me but lacks top end, I know this is faster top end so I’d need to test one out. I’m sure it’s a lot faster than mine so I’ll be happily satisfied with this if I picked it over the 750.

    • @kentucky_brew3678
      @kentucky_brew3678 6 месяцев назад

      The cbr600f has 6nm more torque and 24bhp more with a high rpm from 10.5 on my cbf to 12.5 on the cbr. How noticeable do you reckon that would be?

    • @SnapShiftMedia
      @SnapShiftMedia  6 месяцев назад

      You'll be very surprised at how capable these are. The top end isn't the greatest but it's definitely not slow as well. It's enough to have a great time. You have to test one out to see how awesome they are. Just make sure it has an exhaust. It changes the bike completely 👌

    No on and off ignition switch action for the boyz there😂....what does the F stand for in the name?yes the anti-glare cover for the speedo is a must in our weather.

      🤣 Ah I must get that action for the okes next time! 😁 You actually made me go Google the F story now lol. I've heard that RR in the superbikes stands for '' race ready" but in cape town we say "roof removal" for RR 😝 All I could find about the F is that it stands for "four" cylinder 🙃 Boring 😂

    I am currently looking at one. I have 14 years experience riding bikes, just been off the last 5 years, after a nasty spill and kids coming along. live in Gauteng. Currently considering a Ninja 400 or this and was concerned if the Ninja 400 would be too strained (Gauteng is basically just freeways) - what mileage is yours on? The one I am looking at has 42k kms. Would you consider it a good buy?

    • @SnapShiftMedia
      @SnapShiftMedia  3 месяца назад

      Hi there I'm glad to hear you are recovered and that you are getting back onto 2 wheels. So as I mentioned I had the Ninja 300 and that wasn't far off the 400. The 400 had slightly more top end. However I feel that they do sound under strain at higher speeds on the highway for long periods of time.
      Hence I made the move to the CBR600F. At highway speeds the 600F revs sit fairly low and there is still more than enough power to accelerate more and overtake.
      For the price you pay for one now, you get loads of value and they are very reliable. Servicing can also be done at home and works out fairly cheap. I think the 600 is a better choice to make for where you are based, considering it's mainly highways and long straight ones as well where most people around you drive fast as well. So you want to be sure you can maintain good speeds and also still accelerate to higher speeds if you need to without putting too much strain on the bike like you would with a smaller capacity bike 👌

      @@SnapShiftMedia Thanks a ton! Had a friend saying the 600f would be too heavy and I wouldnt find it as fun as the Baby Ninja. My dream bike is also the 636 by the way, but like you I need something that isnt going to kill my back as I often travel 3-6 hours - also thought this would be asking too much of a 400. Would rather have access to the extra power and not need it, than need it and not have access to it. Thanks a ton again! Also i havent come across many SA Moto vloggers and just happened by chance on your channel. I can say your editing and video quality reminds me of the USA vloggers - some top notch stuff
