In terms of overselling a movie theater here, I have only ever seen that one time. They only did it for more seats than they had though, so there was no one standing or anything. The city considers it a fire hazard to put too many people in a room. Wish I could go to the Joker Movie with you. I watch quite a few movies by myself too though, just so that I can get a chance to watch them. I watched the 2019 Joker Movie alone too, and I like a lot of films that go into the psychology of a person or character. I feel like the story telling elevated that way, and the experience becomes more visceral. I'm so glad that experience was so good for you.
