About Assegid it is very funny I am not sure why people don't use their brain for instance why and how the anti Assegid group or his enemy had access to his location, when Assegid's Fanno group did not have access to him. Based on his Fanno members and his Fanno leadership interview given to different medias after he gave his dirty hand to the regime his Fannos did not have access to him. He was not answering his Fannos were unable to contact him. Second why he was isolated from his fanno Group unless he wants to give his dirty hand to Abiy. Was Assegid's isolation intentional. Nobody should have access to him since he is a leader and if his fanno group can not keep him safe him and other leaders how can you blame other people. The fact is Assegid is not telling the truth. Most likely the regime might have found him under different circumstances.

#3. Assegid himself might be an agent of the regime and after he completed the regime's mission he might have used surrender as a confuse and convince game.
