Almost anyone in a workplace situation can relate to this. I certainly do!
Or in other relationships!!!! ARRRRGGGGHHHH
@@kirstenverdi4341 Kristen, You are SO right!
@@kirstenverdi4341 Hope it's gotten better.
Hopefully recent rapid advances in information technology reaches the last corner of the push push push world! 🙏
The very voice of Rod Serling is SO comforting!!!!
Richard Williams473- I wouldn’t say comforting- but melancholy and perfect for the Zone!😃
Thanks for colour. We see with our eyes in colour see it is only natural to see this episode in living colour
The best quote in this movie is when Williams says : " Fat Boy.Why don't you SHUT YOUR MOUTH "
The Twilght Zone is a fantastic show...it's my life. In todays world when some individual ticks me off, I just look at them and yell with anger, "I'm going to Twilight Zone your ass"! Thank you Mr. Serling, it makes me feel sooooo much better.
It looks better in B&W because of background.
It makes it look like a "play" in color
@@kathleenking47 Well, B and W is better for the Zone cuz it’s scarier and makes it look 👀 more interesting 🧐!!!
All the way! All the time! Right on down the line!
It's push and drive!
3:20 Best part!
Howard Smith was a fantastic actor who played every aspect of the entertainment business and was damn good at it as well, died in 1968 at the age of 74 and is sadly missed, very few people can act like him anymore, it's a real shame!!!!!
@@scottmiller6495 Yeah, I don't think they could have cast anyone better for the role. That _"Push! Push! Push!"_ from Serling's fine script comes out of Howard Smith's mouth so naturally you can almost feel the tension in the conference room. And James Daly is equally effective with his comeback: _"Fat boy, why don't you shut your mouth!?"_ Like Smith, he really makes Rod's dialogue come alive. Great scene.
One my favorite episodes ❤
I love Black and White more for TZ- but I would like to see it in color out of curiosity. Especially episode Night of the Meek cuz of Santas red coat and hat and the green Christmas tree. 😀
Very cool to see it in color. Not bad all things considered.
Am I the only one who finds this funny?
push push push!!!! lol
It's even that way now even worse than in 1960!!!!!
This is Gart Williams, age thirty-eight, a man protected by a suit of armor, all held together by one bolt. Just a moment ago, someone removed the bolt, and Mr. Williams' protection fell away from him and left him a naked target.
He's been cannonaded this afternoon by all the enemies of his life. His insecurity has shelled him, his sensitivity has straddled him with humiliation, his deep-rooted disquiet about his own worth has zeroed in on him, landed on target, and blown him apart.
Mr. Gart Williams, ad agency exec, who, in just a moment, will move into the Twilight Zone - in a desperate search for survival.
I love it; Thank you from the depths of my heart!
I guess its the era you were brought up in.I watched the good old black and white shows as a kid and have to admit that the ones in color are better but somehow lack the nostalgia to them.
Did they know how iconic this scene would become to so many , so many years later?
1960 was a very different time. Life could be cruel then, just as it could now.
Such an unfortunate man! I feel sorry for him.
The guy in the episode, or rod Serling?
@@donaldtrumpet9537 The guy in the episode he was the legendary James Daly, a superb Actor!!!!!
thats right cool fat too, he played Doctor Honorious in Serlings Planet of the Apes in 1968
@@scottmiller6495 Yes, and Daly also was a regular on Medicare Center. He died at 59. He was a gay actor.
Push push push Williams!
That's the guy from Hazel doing the shouting Mr. B,s friend!!!!!
His name was Howard Smith and was a great Actor, he performed for 50 years in every aspect of entertainment he died in 1968 at the age of 74! He is sadly missed!!!!!
Harvey Griffin, call me Harv, loved that show
love these thank you
These classics were meticulously shot and made for black and white cinematography. Colorizing the Twilight Zone... is like colorizing Citizen Kane.
This was the worst colorization, since it was in the early days of colorizing, when the color would bleed, pulsate and strobe. Horrible. Thank you, Ted Turner for that one.
To me the novelty of colorization is more for curiosity than anything. It obviously isn't necessary at all in order to watch this show. I do however wish better technology would have been used when colorizing this show, or anything, really.
Push push push all the way to the Grave😂
The inspiration for Don Draper
There is a a Willoughby, Ohio but as soon as I visited Rod's grave up the street and around the corner, I realized Willoughby is Interlaken, New York where Rod's cremated remains are interred.
The first documented incident of fat shaming 😂
Rugger104- not really. The Honeymooners had alot of fat jokes about Ralph.
@@tonypastor705 Sarcasm, Tony 😉
its capitalism, what else u could expect?... im searching for death metal band, their one song with intro from 3:45
Next stop... Willoughby!
The Twilight Zones were much better in black and white. This (badly) colourised version loses the spookiness and makes it into just another so-so tv piece.
Yeah, it feels less dramatic.
Yes, much better in black and white. I wish they had the whole show on you tube.
Disagree, I'm enjoying the colorized version. Easy to criticize behind a computer.
A blue phone?! Sorry, but as a purist, some things should stay in black & white.
Crap remastered and colorized
The color is awful.
