- Made a little AMV for one of my fave OTPs ever. Getting all the feels from the newest third season and I am so in love with this ship and I think it is super canon. Enjoy some MakoHaru feels and how they're meant to be together :3! You need to turn the volume up, because it is kinda quiet.

Edit: it was also said that at the end ran is sleeping at haru's lap and ren with makoto's. At the end haru puts his head at makoto's shoulder like SKAKDHISHEVDVD

I'll never get tired of seeing the compilation of them grasping each other's hands through the years. It so perfectly captures the devotion that Makoto has for Haru, and the trust that the other has in return. The only reason these two aren't canon is because the anime isn't a full blown BL, but we all know that in a perfect world MakoHaru are happily married!

there was a time when Haru was taller im crying but i just noticed that
Makoto literally took care of haruka since childhood and stood by his side. Rin on the other hand always wanted to compete with haruka, put their friendship aside, and chose swimming before their friendship. Even though rin competed with haru and was always a dick to him, makoto still let them be friends even though it makes him jealous. Makoto CARES for haru. He helped him whenever he needed to. But rin chose a career before haru. Rin also never warned haru about leaving which makes it sad. Rin also left haru with guilt that it was his fault that he "quit" swimming. Makoto was always there for him. And most importantly, makoto is haru's soulmate. You can NOT tell me makoharu isnt canon

*I saved this on my phone and watch this everytime I’m sad, it’s like a cure really. Many people ship Rinharu, but in my opinion it’s similar to Bakudeku. People have excuses like: „He’s just a tsundere!”, even if there are more hints and actual reasons to ship Makoharu, people still ship Rinharu, because they think: „I like this and i don’t care what happens between them in the anime. They had some moments together and no more arguing.” That’s totally fine in my opinion, I mean it’s just shipping, no need to argue, everybody has their own minds and has a right to ship anything they’d like. I am a simple person, I have reason and I have strong arguments, then I can loudly say: “This is the real deal, this is what I think is better. “ Doesn’t mean, that everyone has to have the same opinion as I do. Ship what you want and like what you like, but don’t expect me to ship Rinharu.*

I also like RinHaru sometimes but MakoHaru just makes me so happy and sad that they're NOT canon. Not in terms of ships, they have the bestest loyal friendship. Haru the cool quiet kid befriending Makoto the sweet kid, and they literally grow up with each other and see changes in each other everyday. Haru cares indirectly while Makoto cares directly, it's just a beautiful thing to see them grow together throughout the anime. Ugh one of my favorite ships ever ♡

My favorite part from the video was from 0:13 - 0:37. Especially the scene where Haru holds onto Makoto saying " why are you forcing yourself to change". His eyes glisten and shine like his on the verge of crying, fear of losing his true best friend if Makoto force himself to change.
This just shows how much Haru cares about him and dosen't want Makoto to force himself to change since they have been friends since kindergarten and when they first meet with there parents.
