Corn Donuts - An amazing dish which has mashed potatoes and corn filling that melt in the mouth. Corn tikkis or corn patties is a famous monsoon snack in some parts of India, especially in western India. I have shaped these into donut like tikkis/cutlets and deep fried.
Garnish with spring onions & serve hot with mayo/ chutney of your choice !!
