Hi Sunand and Honey Nice session. I have 2 doubts and would really appreciate if you can answer them in your next videos/shorts. (BTW your shorts are very fascinating and informative) Doubt 1> Is it appropriate in an interview to give answers from world outside of IT? Or should we stick with IT terms/scenarios only?? like when she explained.... 1) Crossing Red light. 2) Short circuit . 3) Strawberries and Bananas. Doubt 2> What's your take on, the gender difference in your dev team? pros and cons.
1- yes of course, it's shows you understand the concept well ,I would suggest use one real life example and one from project make it combo. 2- not able to understand this question, its looks like discrimination at work ,I don't think any one will ask this kind of question
Hi Sunad, thanks for your videos these are truly helpful and guiding. I have a very basic question before a SCRUM team formed. Who and how selects/identifies who will be part of the SCRUM team? thanks
Honey explained everything good But some areas she has to practice Product backlog and sprint backlog hat sunand explained in lot of other videos with different ppl is way way way better Honey in fact should also watch those videos
Thanks for your feedback. the fact is she was having 6 offers . Also these sessions are for references only, viewers are free to take inputs from.various sessions and come up with personalized answers
@@CareersTalk sunand I m not disputing her offers Sprint backlog and product backlog Is most most most basic questions. It's like asking any indian do you know cricket
Well done! I have watched few of your interview video but for some reasons this seems a little harder than the few I have watched and I learnt a lot from it because I wasn’t familiar with some terminologies. I also think she struggles at some point with the questions which led to her repeating herself at some point. Great job! PS: Do you have a zoom, telegram or WhatsApp community one can join to learn more? I would appreciate that.
@@CareersTalk do you mind inviting me? I can send my number to your email if you provide me one. And what days and time do you meet up? I’m a scrum master and agile certified

It's your DM or PM based on the budget and timeline decide that ,it's part of RFP
Informative
Well done Honey and thank you Sunand. Can we give examples outside agile world in an interview?
Of course why not, I would suggest one outside example and one from project, that will be perfect combo

I got interview questions, As a scrum master what do u do in Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 so in a week??
🙄
We have covered this also, entire session on what you do as SM at day and week 1 , month 1
@@CareersTalk I'll be thankful if could get a link for the video, else have open all videos to find it
This sounds like a study session, not necessarily an interview.
How can I get job as a scrum master with no experience
Risk and issue is not clearly explained. she mix everything
She was quite nervous and looked like she was reading the slides some thing I really like other interviews but not this one.
demo word is not advisable...use review! not sure why people from India love this word when it's totally wrong.
Agreed, some time people mix and match scrum and safe terminology unknowingly. Thanks for inputs
