You need to get the transcript first from University. For that if you want to get both Masters and Bachelors evaluated then you need transcript for both from University. Universities generally require photostat of degree and marksheets along with IQAS request form. Once you get the transcripts for both then send the sealed envelop to IQAS or you can use Truecopy(Third Party Service)

If you are sure your transcript has reached then wait for 30 to 45 days, when it goes in processing, within a week your evaluation will be done
