Fill it out and let them know that it has been more than 48 hours and you haven’t received your tests. I submitted multiple forms and contacted them multiple times and finally I got my tests.

@@musama4646 don't get me wrong but there is nothing to help, any technical problems or issues with internet are not addressed. So be careful and follow the guides, take advice before the exam from your teachers or any person who has good knowledge about.
It takes up to 48 hours. As they say when you buy it. Rather do the mock test. Before you waste 185usd. It's a high school english test, somehow making people fear an easy test because God knows it's expensive. Same price for poor people than rich. They should help people and institution with sponsers! Although I see it's perfectly working and sound bars are working fine, my speaking score at the end comes out to be 10 which is almost impossible given that I attended several mock tests including magic pte one and e2language and speaking scores were great. It happened twice, do you think there is a setting or an issue with the Speaking AI. I emailed to PTE but no response received :(

I purchased the practice package (which includes the 4 PTE test) from this site on Saturday but after a 5-day delay, I don't receive any emails or voucher code. I chat with Pearson's staff more than 3times a day, but they don't solve my problem. I have a successful payment with an order number and the PTE doesn't respond. Pls, help me if you know what I can do and why this problem happened to me. I want to take a PTE exam 2 months later and this problem is bad sounds to me and brings me stress and anxiety about the problems that could happen in the real exam because I found the PTE staffs are irresponsible, and I have an awful experience.

Sadly there is no solution, legally its your fault it is counted as technical issues so its not possible to redeem
