It's a well written song. Nice notation and melodies, catchy chorus, the synth lines give it a depth worthy of the (quite beautiful) lyrics. I usually listen to different music but I always liked this tune, and it ended up being a really good fit with Rihanna on it. She's got a sweet voice but that's also a bit sexy, just right for the emotion of it. I'd not heard this before now. Interesting hearing it in this form.
