This just reminds me of how far Mamamoo has come. They had literally nothing but talent and determination. No fancy outfits, no stylist, no makeup artists, no promotion, only sold 100 copies of their 1st album in the 1st week. They even performed on the streets, sold signed albums for like $10. Now they have sold more than a million albums, and is one of the biggest girl groups in the world. They have cemented an 'artist' status in SK with the quality of their music and skills, going beyond the idol level. I'm proud to be a moomoo! ❤

Mostly their fans are on their own county. They are popular as an individual on international but not as a group. And majority of their fans are girls, some of boys are just simping on them because they are not the typical girl group in their country.
If anyone needs to be blame, it should be the company for lacking of promoting the girl group itself.
Lastly, most of their fans have a successful lives. Not just obssesively being a fanboy/fangirl unlike the other gg fanbase.
Mamamoo gives us a positive point of life, and we live a good life. That's all matters.
