I would use a crowsfoot open end or flare-nut tool and connect it to the torque wrench with ratchet head adapter. You would have to have the crowsfoot part 90 degrees from the torque wrench to keep the torque setting on the torque wrench correct.
For a ~$100 it's decent BIG CAT 🐈... The ratchet head IS really nice...for the quality ratchet head alone it's worth the price... I could live with the not so nice adjustable head...most likely I'll barely use that feature... if I'm specifically looking for an adjustable head torque wrench, I'm looking for a high quality unit not a bargain...🤔 Fortunately you can find a good quality replacement head...
Thank you for your video and suggestions, we will try our best to improve our products, thanks again!👍

Hello again, Catus Maximus and Tiny
Thank you for another Great Video 👍
That’s going to be the king of rounded bolts
I should probably have one.please give Tiny a pet.
I got two "TAGVIT" amazon wrenches. They honestly look like clones to this one but there a slight edge in quality to other look-alikes.
That’s actually a really cool tool
✌️
That's a pass for me too.
Lacking in the luster department
Just a Complainer review.
