I believe that salvation is trusting in the shed blood of Jesus on the cross to save us, but I don’t know what to do about the verse telling people to confess with their mouth. It does sound like a work,but it is plainly stated in the Bible, so I don’t know what to do with it. I don’t like the prayer because it confuses the Gospel, people think they got saved because they said a prayer, rather than trusting in the shed blood of Jesus on the cross to save them. If they got a Bible tract, they read it to themselves, so they aren’t speaking out loud.
