Your channel gives positivity and knowledge in a platform that is filled with negativity. Your content just feels so...genuine. I don’t know how else to say it.
Also, that last part made me cry a bit, as I’m someone who’s too shy to express that I have a lot of trouble in social environments.

I often found myself talked over the majority of my school years aswell so i just stayed quiet and listened instead this got me farther with friends then talking ever did.
these days the only things that settles my nerves is comedy shows, games, and maybe a beer. the lack of confidence and not enjoying talking to people and having to show a smile really has hindered finding a good job with my little experience, i have definitely isolated myself.

All my life I’ve been using filler sounds and this is the first time I’ve heard to just BREATHE and replace those filler sounds. I even talked to my psychologist about this and the person just told me “you need to calm down” which gave me more stress😂. I just want to thank you cause I want to improve on this starting since the first video I saw from you. I’m just 18 years old and I recently just started college and it has been nerve recking cause things here in Puerto Rico haven’t been good at all and including the pandemic it is even worse. I honestly had been losing hope to even make friends because I could not find the right people but I do have my girlfriend which has helped me in bad situations. I hope you keep making videos and I know that soon you’re going to have so many comments that you wont be able to answer them😂 but it’s okay. I just wish you the best of luck. And again to just thank you for making videos like these in these really bad times. It truly does feel like your channel is a light at the end of a tunnel. Thank you for being YOU. Stay safe David, see you in your next video❤️❤️

After I got asked by my spouse of why I use so much filler words, I thought about it for a while and noticed that when someone was interrupting me while I was talking; I started to use even more filler words. So I think it can also be a way to hold on to the conversation. But if its a way of taking control, it also can be good to let go of that need of controlling the conversation sometimes by relaxing and just listening! tack för en intressant video, ser fram emot nästa!

Thanks mate!! And I am super happy that it's helping 😀👍 as with any impediment or even perceived difference 90% of it comes down to learnig to not be bothered by it. People write comments about my odd dialect, if I were to care it would hold me back. Instead I embrace it and it makes me stronger

I think these kind of videos would be really cool/ interesting to see on tiktok, short videos that talk such informative topics. How you take these questions and subjects and teach people about them. Like the 1 minute part about serotonin and how to be a good listener, I'd think it would work.
But anyways, love the videos and keep up the great content.

Honestly love the Q&A format! The location changes are super entertaining and engaging, perhaps keep the number of locations lower to lessen your work load and keep the question screenshot a bit more "stable"? I find the long ones that disappear/transition out quickly are very distracting, it would be easier to screenshot the important part of it, or keep the whole comment on screen a bit longer
    Cheers!

Video idea: how to trick yourself by doing certain things (for example "forced" smiling makes a happier mood etc)
