Slight spoiler: Mammon:"Do humans live so that they can be satisfied at the moment of their death?" Ange:"Woudlnt it be pretty tough if you were unsatisfied about something at the moment of your death?" Mammon: "If so, then humans live only so that they can meet a satisfied death." Isnt this what the whole story is about? We sure know who died without being satisfied...And the very fact that this is the Leitmotiv of the show says something about the ending and the solution of Umineko imo... And also this (bigger spoiler): Ange: "If you won't be satisfied enough until someone acknowledges you, that's the same as not acknowledging yourself..." Beato wants to be acknowledged by Battler (and noone else), so she doesnt really acknowledge her own existence and thats why she is not a true witch but always needs someone else (like Maria or Lambda in the beginning of the meta) that supports her. And thats why the things happen that happen in the end of Ep 4...And maybe thats also why Maria can become a witch of origins and Beato cant. Mammon: "We think, therefore we are. Whether you acknowledge or deny magic, the existence of the magic called the Seven Stakes of Purgatory...is therefore a fact." And that is basically saying that magic DOES exist. Wow, I always thought this part of the story was a bit boring...no wonder I missed so much...
It was the denial of magic, and therefore denying the seven sisters, that did that. She apologized for everything she did to them during that boat trip.

Ange was used her witch magic to summoned Sakutaro and apologize to him and the Seven Sisters after what happened in the classroom.
This is Section 14 of the Clairism Code of Conduct
Why is that Ange just talk about when she denied magic as a little girl, and doesn't apologize for when she was in the Saint Lucia Academy ?
