    The ingredients:
    400 grams flour
    350 grams semolina
    (shea seeds + flax seeds + sesame seeds +
    fennel seeds + black seeds)
    NOTE: the seeds are optional, you
    don't have to use them, she just wanted to
    make it more healthy.
    1 Tsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    (In the video i showed us the spoon she
    used to mesure)
    2 tbsp instant yeast + 400 ml warm water
    100 ml Olive oil or any vegetable oil you like.
    Instructions:
    1- put all dry ingredients except sugar together.
    Put the sugar with the yeast.
    2- Add the oil to the dry ingredients and knead
    it with your hand OR with a stand mixer after
    it incorporate add the yeast to the dough and
    continue kneading then cover the dough and
    let it rest for at least an hour (Note: i was
    on a rush so i didn't rest it for long) after it
    rest roll the dough until it becomes like thick
    string then start dividing it to equal parts (i
    measured it,one ball is 155 grams) then shape them to balls, cover and rest them again.
    3- meanwhile put rocks in couscous pan
    (NOTE: i said she washed them with clorox
    then scrubbed them properly before using
    them) and heat the pan.
    5- with your hand press each ball flat then
    brush the dough ball both sides with water
    using your hand to make it stick to the hot pan.
    6- do the same with the rest then cover the pan
    and leave them to bake until the edges become
    golden then make them fall on the rocks to
    continue baking (the side that didn't bake yet)
    NOTE 1: the bread is supposed to fall by itself
    but here i had to do it herself or it will burn.
    NOTE 2: don't let the bread touch the pan
    bottom or it will burn, it has to bake on the rock
    itself.
