Cookie cake: simple and with few ingredients, it's worth trying right away!

  • INGREDIENTS
    260g (1 1/4 cups) of mascarpone
    60g (1/2 cup) of powdered sugar
    260ml (1 cup) of liquid cream
    Instant coffee
    Dry biscuits
    Hazelnut cream
    METHOD
    1. In a bowl add the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and liquid cream and mix with the electric mixer.
    2. Dip the biscuits in the instant coffee and start assembling the cake by arranging the 8 biscuits on a dish as a first layer.
    3. Spread the prepared cream as a second layer and then add the hazelnut cream on top.
    4. Repeat the process two more times and then cover with the biscuits as a last layer. Transfer the cake to the fridge for 1 hour.
    5. After time has elapsed remove the cake from the fridge, cut a slice, and serve.
