Nice! I really like the work done with the indexible insert mill. On the other hand i have to say that i really dont like the toolpath of the solid endmill. Cutting data seems a little bit off on the through pocket :) But as always a great video!

The new Walter MC230 End Mill is designed for universal use. It's the excellent choice when you need to do roughing with dynamic toolpaths or slotting or just finishing parts. Video shows up the capacity of this tools. Sometimes bigger stepover gives big material removal rate with short toolpath lenght which gives you the best tool lifetime. You can use this kind of tool also with old or bigger machining centres.

I like the tooling used, still not a fan of Mastercam tool path. Other CAM software gives a much better and efficient path.
