Aftrr 55 yrs of that problem, not the prescribed stuff but this. 1st thing a.m. mug of caffein coffee, while brewing eat 1 to 3 prunes, take coffee and sit quietly with your morning prayers...i am usually in my prayers minimum 1 hr.... dont get busy or skip quiet prayer time...or nothing happens....this has been very effective and works if i give that 1st of my day to Him in prayers..psalms or i read the morning prayers + more from The Roman Missle Father Lasance. Best wishes. So simple and yet so piwerful putting God 1st....even if i have to get up earlier....worth it....God directed me years ago to give Him my 1st fruits of the day....time/prayer....and He was right.🕊🕊🕊

Thank you for Fr. Patrick Peyton's video on the mysteries of the holy rosary. I met him during his visit in Cebu and stayed at Good Shepherd Convent owned by the Good Shepherd Sisters...a special house was named Rosary Villa where he stayed there for several days while promoting the Rosary Crusade in the late 1950's. In fact my twin, Fely sewed his cassock since he had only one. Fr. Peyton was a very holy man. Mama Mary must have loved him.

Just to share my testimony on the importance of the Holy rosary. I do pray the rosary once in while but I decided that I would say the rosary every day of my life God helping me. I started saying my rosary Oct 2017 for an intention and I continue and tried never to miss it. On March 2018 after about 5month of constant rosary recitation, I wanted to know if mother Mary was listening to my prayers/petitions/intentions. I cried that night, it was on Saturday night. I cried to mother Mary to please give me a sign that I would not disprove that she was the one praying for me. I begged her that I wanted to see the sign with my two eyes. I reminded her that her ist promises was a sign of signal grace to those who pray her rosary devotedly and that I have tried my best in doing that . Three days later, on Tuesday morning that faithful morning, about 5.15am, I was sleeping in my room when I decided to turn to the other side of my bed. As I opened my sleepy eyes a bit, I saw a ROSARY on my window side, about the size of three and a half human foot with big beads glittering in white. I open my eyes wide and to my greatest astonishment it was the Holy rosary starring at my face, as if an invisible person was holding it from the cross down. I knew blessed mother was present holding the rosary but I couldn't see her but the Holy rosary. I looked at it in amazement, as it stayed about 3minutes and faded away gradually. I got up from my bed and praised the God if Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David and thanked our blessed mother for keeping to her first promise: showing me as I pleaded with her a sign of signal grace. I was convinced from then hence that she was praying me. I wanted to share this testimony to the lovers of the Holy rosary, to all those who have given up thinking God doesn't answer prayers anymore, to all thoes who need mama's intercession, that the rosary is not a waste of time. She truly interceeds for us and her 15 promises is no joke. Thank you the Holy trinity, thank you mother Mary. Glory to Jesus, honour to mother Mary.

Easy way to pray the Rosary everyday. When Fr. Peyton’s family prayed the Rosary daily in Ireland, ca. early 1900’s Our Blessed Mother had not yet appeared at Fatima, and added, “Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to heaven.” So Fr. Peyton prays the Rosary the way he learned it himself with his family.

Peyton’s family prayed the Rosary daily in Ireland, ca. early 1900’s Our Blessed Mother had not yet appeared at Fatima, and added, “Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to heaven.” So Fr. Peyton prays the Rosary the way he learned it himself with his family.

@@jackiebeh6702 yes it does seem odd not to say amen after the Our Father. If you add the "for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever...amen" that's how it is said at A.A. meetings, it is called "The Lord's Prayer" and I guess it is the Protestant version.
