The actors should be acknowledged, they have portrayed both good and bad people. They played their part so accurately that they affected me deeply. I hated them when they were bad and was happy seeing Karma pay them back, and I was happy seeing them do the right thing when it was hard when they were the good people. Accolades and kudos to these amazing Actors!!!!

The Boss's behaviour in the beginning was that of an inexperienced CEO, jumping to such hasty conclusion without listening to Miss Tracey, really showed a lack of experience. Learn control your anger, it will always destroy your judgement.

To be honest I hate being wrongfully accused. Once you do that, that’s it! That last meeting would be the last meeting and the last time we see each other. His behavior towards her without finding out what really happened was unacceptable! Not having that at all. Once you accuse someone you’ll do it again.

Not only do they owe Miss Tracy her job position back but they should be paying her compensation not only for the loss and reduction of pay but the humiliation. That should’ve been said in the skit. Because in real life, that company, after finding out what happened, would’ve gotten sued.

I did a job in daycare for many yrs i had teen coeworkers they would always ask fo time off then complain their checks wasn't very much plus they were always asking .50 for the pop machine ppl cant blame others for what they do or dont do.
I’m not sure I’d want to work for him again even with the apology.
Nah she was vindicated plus he was genuinely caught by surprise by her supposed character.
I would decline his offer to resume work at his company out of self respect...

Oh wow...I am amazed how this channel has touched this issue. I too had almost similar experience. Working for more than 10 years with the company , getting 3-6 Employee of the month awards (only after one very kind afro-american Manager came to work in our store) I was framed in a way that I did not follow company policy in requesting unpaid leave for more than 30 days where as I had already submitted one application and when my supervisor asked me to give another application as he lost the previous one..So when I returned after going out of country for the event of getting my son married over there, In fact due to my husband's health we returned in 23 days, I was told to take care of my husband's health and show up on my job duty as already requested on my Leave application. I thought it was so nice of my company to think like that for an employee. But when I was there to check my schedule I was again told by other manager that I need to wait till the Store Manager returns from his vacation. And when at last I saw him he showed me the 1st LEAVE application without my manager/supervisor's signature saying see, you have not taken the approval from the management, so either I accept the entry level position or it will be considered voluntary resignation from my job. I had to fight it out this unjust treatmetn going to the State Benefit department. There too, on the 1st over the phone hearing I was denied my claim. But as the letter said I can seek "in person" hearing. Well, here also the HR played trick with me. Just a few days before the final hearing date, the HR called me to his office and told me that he understands the situation and I did not do anything wrong as far as following company policy so he will let me continue at my job place with my seniority all intact. Fortunately I went to the Benefit dept. and asked that in such a situaion, what should I do? As I would be getting my job back, should I close this case? The officer over there asked if I get anything in writing? I said NO. So he adviced me to show up on the hearing day. If not, the claim would be null and void for not showing up. WOW....when I reached at the Benefit Dept for the hearing, my Store manage and Ops. manager were there! I had taken my file of all the past LEAVE Requests for all there 10 years to show that even for medical appointments I hd sumbitted LEAVE REQUEST, so how come I would not submit a L:eave request for more than 30 days were needed? And that too I was back within 30 days adn I was not allowed to return to job with a fake "goodwill" gesture! The officer listened to both the parties and gave the judgement saying looking at all the details from my side, I seem not to have committed any fault and I should be taken back by the Company with all my lost pay and my earned seniority and job title. Phew! I was happy as the TRUTH has won!

Every evil done must come to light name blame does not cut it serve them right. Am so glad that mananger saw the deceitfulness of them and give her back her job. Well played dishonesty and jealousy does not get you any where.
I've went through the same thing on my job, it's started went a co worker offered me a bottle of water 💧 🙃 and not knowing he was going to the store for some else, and she blurted out because he forgot to bring one item back from the store.
And then all the employees went a gains me.
They did everything to humiliate me.and I was doing out standing working.
Then the people told lies on me and tried to get me fired.
And they sabotage me from getting a supervisor position, and the worse lie was told on me they accused me of Sexual Harressment 😒 that's supposed to take me down, but it didn't.
So the secretary told it all ,because she was bump for the administration secretary, and told my friend what the women did to me and not knowing she was dying, she that the women did everything to get Karen in trouble,
And Karen was hurt for no reason, so I prayed. So my friend told me everything that was said and done, So my friend told me something that I'll never forget, he told me that I can out live a lie.
So those who've done these horrible things to me had died 😳.
And I've kept my job until I've retired and God bought 🙏 me through to my retirement 🙌 and He Bless me on my retirement day. 🙏.
Before I finished writing ✍️, I want to share something, when I was young my old minister was preaching a sermon 🙌 👏 and in that sermon he've mentioned if you're going to dig a ditch for me you better dig two, cause one of us will likely to fall in one.

That’s such ashamed to purposely hurt someone just because they are working hard to make a good living for themselves!! It’s wicked and evil!! And because of their evil act they were let go! And so they should have because you can’t trust someone so cruel!! And you see how the devil was so tempting to get them both thinking that they would get away with what they did!! They were so smart that they forgot all about the cameras thru out the office! That’s exactly what they get! And hopefully they will learn that what’s done in the dark will always come to light! I love MOCI actors most of all..my favourite is the lady that plays the bad person in most of the show I do enjoy their shows. I would lay in bed at nights and watch one after the other.

The boss didn't believe Miss Tracy, so she should have taught him a lesson too by quitting and having found another job with even higher pay. Would have been more satisfying to watch

I would've crossed the street with my resume and joined their staff. As a former administrator, I never act without getting the truth as to what happened. You never make decisions when you're angry and investigating what really happened. Ms Tracey would've been lost to him forever had she gone to the side of his competitor

I liked this skit, however, the ending kind of killed it because you should know what the word demoted or demotion means. It means to give (someone) a lower rank or less senior position, usually as a punishment. So know what your actors are saying.
I also enjoyed it till that last part.
What a surprise to me I just knew that he would stand up tell what was going on I truly like him because he always plays an honest role I am disappointed in him

He DID NOT investigate anything in the first place. He jumped to conclusion without a thorough investigation. What type of manager is he? They couldn’t pay me to return to that office. In a different country, they would have been sued for defamation of character amongst others. In this day of cyber attacks etc.!!!!
