Jealous you were able to do an investigation, I’ve always wanted to !!When the new owners bought it a few years ago they had an open house while renovating and I went. It is an incredible place. You got a lot during your Estes method. I think you were talking with many different spirits from many time periods. You also saw shadow people and there were plenty of spirits watching. That was an insane estes! I feel like something wanted to leave with you. I have read and spoken to people claiming that spirits will get in the car when you leave and thats how they go with you to your home. Creepy to think about. I really have enjoyed your videos but I wonder if you are using too many of equipment that has been shown to be unreliable. The rempod can be triggered by so much like watches phones and other things. 🙏

get better mics. that will pick up clearer and louder. do away with the spirit box, it's annoying and you can't hear anything on it.

I can hardly hear your EVP captures. Every video. I wear headphones. Pause rewind. Turn it up. They are so hard to hear. All other audio seems just fine. Just specifically the EVPs. I have watched every single Charm City video so I absolutely trust you, but honestly about 90% of the time, I just have to take your word for it because I cannot for the life of me hear the EVPs, much less make out what they are saying. I have gone through many types of ear buds, connected a few different ways and watched on different devices. I dont get why everything else sounds so crystal clear except the EVPs. Is it because of the device you are using to capture it? Or possibly because it isn't played back for the camera in real time? Maybe the software you use to interject it into the video? Now that I think about it...what are you using to capture EVPs? I don't think I have heard you explain very much about the equipment you use or how any of it works. What are you capturing the EVPs on? Straight mics? Digital recorder? Viewers want to know that stuff so they interact with the content better. Thanks for your time and for all the great investigations. It is apparent this is your gift and passion. Always look forward to what's next.

The Main reason I LOVE this crew is because they're not dramatic nor do they get overly theatrical. The Ghost 'Adventures' guys are way too damn theatrical to me. Another reason I believe these guys are great is because Mike and David are respectful everywhere they go and that is crucial for investigations.
