I have been using an old fashion sponge tip applicator for eye shadow placement. There is much less fall out. Then I blend with a brush. It’s worth a try.
This length hairdo on you is the best, forget those extensions. They are probably no good for your hair anyway. And that technique with the eyeshadow, cannot wait to try 👍🏼🌸

You always do such a good job on the makeup. I didn't think about matching eyeshadow to your outfit. Maybe that was a "70s" thing to do, so it's perfect. I'd have put you in a smokey evening eye, gray in the outer corner, mauvefor the lid. At the end you put it all together and looked fabulous! Love watching the process! I like the videos when you talk to us about your day, your auditions, shopping, your man, etc.

For shimmers, try using a setting spray or primer water to spray on your brush after dipping into the shimmer eyeshadow. It works wonders! Less fallout and the shimmer really pops!
