I honeslty can't remember but it wouldn't of been anything minimum than 1/250, always try to keep it higher than that to avoid camera blur!

What camera and lens are you using. I currently have a 20mm 2.8 and a 50mm 1.8 lens for my sony a6400. I dont have money for an A7s iii
Also is G master lens really necessary? Would sigmas do just as well?

You can get amazing shot with your current set up, it's honestly not about the gear, it's how you use it. So yes! 100% Sigma's are perfect! I use a Sigma 85mm for my canon, and it's a beast, most of my portfolio is done through that lens!
