Thanks for the video. When you are in “work” mode, you always look professional which must instill confidence in your passengers. On another note, very cool heart rate monitor technology. I had to wear one about 20 years ago and it was like a mini EKG machine with cables running from my chest to a recording monitor about the size of a Mac Mini hooked to my belt. At the end of the week I had to go back to the Dr’s office to have them access the data. I’m guessing yours just connects to the internet to send your vitals to the doctor. Hope we all get to fly again soon.
yes, you are spot on about how this monitor works. I have seen the kind you had to wear, my mom also wore one like that. This one is small and I plug all my info into an app and the doc reads the activity. Pretty amazing technology!

Love this, thanks for sharing! wish I would’ve watched this before my move! I just got rid of all my “office” attire because I had no idea other companies allowed CFA’S to wear more colorful and patterned items. I’m only allowed all black and I sneak in some white stripes when possible. But now that I’m in Florida and putting my resume out there I’m wishing I would’ve kept my other business casual attire😔 I wish I could dress as fun as you!!! Hopefully one day I can!!

Sometimes Flight attendants are a little more susceptable to different health aliments. For instance they have a higher rate of breast cancer of radiation in the sky. Just comes with the territory. Feel better!..

Was curious: "what kind of FAA medical do you have to hold to fly part 91 and 135?" Once a year re-certify?
I only had to hold a 2nd class medical to be a flight instructor. Of course you are aware of part 121. Captain 1st class every six months and a ride in the "sweat box" (Simulator).

We actually don’t need a medical as flight attendants. But I’ll go back to work when I’m fully cleared obviously 😊

they are just very slim fitting pants, narrow ankle. :)

Wearing pants and knee highs is redundant, don't you think? I prefer that you wear a skirt/dress, would look much better. Just my opinion, haha lol. Pants make you look like a pilot.
