'Myself' isn't a possessive pronoun, it's a reflexive pronoun. The rule says that a sentence cannot begin with a reflexive pronoun and thus, it's an error to say 'Myself (name).

    Myself... is a reflexive pronoun.
These pronouns are used when the action done by the Subject turns back to subject....
    For example..... I pinched myself
In the above sentence the door and the receiver of the sentence is the same person. Therefore in such situations we use reflexible pronouns

Regarding "revert", it should never be used in emails about responding. Always use "reply" which is the proper phrase. In the UK we only use "revert" when saying something changed back to what it was before - e.g.
The snow melted and reverted to water
    Superman reverted to Clark Kent
I know that it's been added to the dictionary as an Indian English definition because this incorrect meaning has become so common, but you will be using an incorrect phrase which will be noticed by any native English-speaking reader. "Please revert to my email" means "please change back into my email" which doesn't make sense. Always use reply.

Fantastic efforts. Very well explained. Just One thing I want to rectify. Myself is a reflexive pronoun not possessive. Possessives are my, mine, his etc. I love myself is reflexive as myself reflects back to the subject 'I'. Or it can be an emphatic pronoun also. I myself did this work.
