Bbsr is overhyped and limited development to one district of the state. I wish they do more development in other districts so customer's can purchase land in other parts of the state too.

After reading your multiple comments I'm damn sure that you haven't explored property in Bhubaneswar physically. The quality of constructions given by other builders is simply pathetic. I have personally visited properties in Patia Raghunathpur Kalarahanga Patrapada Sundarpada even the brand new houses were having cracks from inside. I have seen builders using third grade cement and not even Tata steel for foundation and demanding sky rocketing prices in Crores ( talking about year 2021) . Location is not everything brother. 80% of your price must be the value of your property and rest for ur location. Underdeveloped? Brother you will reach to this property without even stepping ur feet into a mud/non concert road. It's completed black top road from Studio Chakk to this property. Ps- We have a property here and the builder is a nice person. The quality of this duplexes are at par with some renowned builders of Bbsr.

No attractive industrialisation and you can’t get price per land value . My friend purchased a flat in Bangalore with a renowned builder prestige @63L. He can easily rent it on 25-30k which is much more than the emi amount and he can get a good profit from it. In bbsr max rent cost is 15k that too underdeveloped area 7-8k maximum. But these real estate brokers has overpriced the value which does not have a sense.
