A little bit (15-20 psi) but we’d still recommend pumping up your F2 Pro’s tires to around 42-48 psi for maximum range and usage. However, before you pump, it’s always a good idea to push into the center of the tire and check the air pressure. If it bounces back at you, then it needs more air. - Mikey
Yes, you could definitely use a U-Lock or E-Took there! For best results, we recommend at least 2-3 different locks in separate places (don’t use 3 combo locks). Check out our lineup of locks: segwayofontario.com/search?q=locks&options%5Bprefix%5D=last - Mikey :)
Hey, thanks for your comment! Under the Ninebot F2 Pro Tire page, our website says, “The Segway-Ninebot F2 PRO electric scooter OEM tubeless tire with gel layer. Includes self-healing gel layer inside to seal small punctures.” There is a sticky, self-sealing gel layer on the underside of the F2 Pro tires, which should not be confused with not needing to pump up your tires because of that (there’s a very large gap between where the self-sealing portion is and where the tire would sit). Essentially, it’s a thin layer, in case a small tire puncture were to occur. Having said that, it’s recommended to pump the Segway-Ninebot F2 Pro’s tires to the aforementioned 42-48 psi per this device’s instruction manual. The ‘self-sealing gel layer’ part only applies if your tire got punctured by a small needle or object, which would allow the black goo to fill in that crack right away. However, it’s still important to note that the self-sealing portion of this tire is not a long-term solution! You will need to get your tire replaced after a certain period of time following an incident like this (if it does occur). We hope this explanation helps! 👍 - Mikey

You can leave it on while it charges or turn it off (it won’t impact the battery either way). The only difference is by turning it off, if you wanted to see the current progress of your device’s charge, you wouldn’t see it on the display, unless you turned your scooter on. - Mikey
If your tires aren’t pumped up to the maximum psi between 42-48, then you may experience this. It’s because you’re putting more pressure on the motor when riding. Weight also factors into this (max payload is 265 lbs for this model). Another reason might be plugging in your F2 Pro shortly after riding in sport mode. We’d simply recommend giving it a short break, then charging it. Let us know if that helps! - Mikey
