Great advice in a time of mental chaos! Just one thing, Master Huang did not follow Professor Cheng at all, but this is very difficult to see ( not with eyes but by hearth)!
When I was learning aikido, there is a student that doing this because he is coming from wushu. yeah, I think it is funny that he is doing that The lesson is only occuring in limited time, if he is interupting it, the lesson's time would be decreased
