- Gravel Bike Checks of The Traka - Part 1
The Traka went down last weekend in Girona, Spain and brought out all the heavy hitters in the gravel racing scene. We caught up with the global group of Zipp athletes to dig into the varied set ups they brought out to conquer the course. Big gears, big tires, and low PSI - join us for some spicy Traka bike checks on this week’s Making You Faster.

What are you taking from these pro set-ups into your own? 🤔 Let us know! 🚴♂
Yes, the SRAM Transmission!
Loved the video. here to ask for an ID on the Oakley.
good insight champ
Petr Vakoc - Czech beast 💪
Nice clip, a lot of tech talk. I like it. I looks that there are more and more starters with one-by! But i am not sure if it is the best development if everywhere starts more and more full pro rider! For me it split more and more 100km and less and the self supported Traka. 😉
But he wasn´t first to the finish line🤫
I’m not here to say it’s easy, but why are the “pros” doing a 200k ride when the original Traka is the 360. It’s an easy ride for those men and women who do gravel in the states. The 360 is the real race, we don’t go out and say the 100 mile unbound winner is the pro race. It’s odd.
The traka 360 is the closest thing to inbound. Do not come here and say the traka 120 mile is like the 200 miles of unbound. And Pete won the real Traka.
Interesting. The camera work is a bit annoying.
How do you win something that is non-competetive
😂😂
By arriving first? Traka is one of a kind in gravel world, is non-competitive but half of the pack start for winning the race.
@@davide5129 😂😂 Yes!
Take this down zipp… if you’re not first you’re last
Who cares who 'won' the shorter version of the route that isn't even a competitive race
