Up coming artists need to be humble because nowadays they think the world owes them something. Rappers and musicians aren’t doing it for the passion. It’s more so for validation purposes. That’s why the artists becomes angry when no one supports them. When you love what you do it doesn’t matter who loves or hates your music. It might hurt your ego but it won’t matter if you love the beauty of the art itself. Support yourself first and the rest will come later. If the support doesn’t come, at least you’re doing something you love.

Like, why do my oldest, best friends love me, and I love them, but I can't count on them for any help, support or positive feedback on my original music? To tell the truth, stepping away from them (music only!) was probably the best thing I ever did for myself. I've been recording tracks without telling ANYONE in "my real life", and only trying to share them online. And until now, I've never been so motivated, driven, or ABLE to produce real songs, real tracks - without the depressing fear of my music being judged (or worse, ignored) by the oldest friends I love the most. It's like they can't *hear* the music I'm showing them through all the filters they have about me as a person they've known for years. thanks for such a great video!

Find a girl and all that bullshit. But i kept telling them that once i reach my goal i will find my love. And i myself believed in that. I was sooooo focused.
