He has a number 1 album right now at the age of 80. The song I won't crumble when you fall is truly beautiful especially knowing it comes from something his now late wife who passed not long ago from cancer said to him which was the title and chorus of the song. It's beautiful and absolutely heartbreaking. He still like this at 80.

"Fine, then just let me speak to Mr. Schwartz."
"Speaking!"......
U made my day...
One of my Grandmas favorite singers, you can’t go wrong with Tom.
I was born in 1957 from the UK and a huge Sir Tom Jones fan - this has always been my absolute favourite song of Tom's and gives me chills even now. What's amazing is that people are still only just hearing this song and the reaction is wonderful to see that he touches your soul too
There was so much fantastic music during the 60's decade that it would take ANOTHER decade to cover it all. Thank you for this video and your honest reactions.
Tom Jones “Treat Her Right” was a big hit. In the video he has seriously savage 1960s dance moves!
This guy had so much swag, women were crazy for him.
Yesss!! They should definitely review it!
He's Sir Tom Jones now. He's from Wales and lives in England now. He has been a coach on UK's The Voice for a few years and is still singing. He turned 80 last year and his voice is still like it was in the 60's. He is one of the best singers ever I think!
Try Tom Jones and Janis Joplin...
Raise Your Hand
Yes! Yes! Yes!
Yep!!
FABULOUS!!!!!!
My dad said he never liked Tom Jones, but he gave him a lifetime pass after that.
I can’t get over how perfect this performance was- Tom is the Man!
Tom Jones & Janis Joplin - Raise Your Hand live!
Great that you recognized there were no auto tunes or voice filters back then. What you heard was the actual voice. Also keep in mind this was a live performance, you can't hide mistakes. Enjoyed your review.
"Beautiful voice" - well, he's Welsh. It's a law in Wales to have a beautiful voice. :D
😀😃😀
Mark Orr I'm Scottish and my Nanna always the best choirs are Welsh God bless
@Matthew Snider Of course, your point troll ?
Well they don't have much else. The English have taken so much from them. They can't take their voice.
So I’m just wondering everyone in Wales has a great voice? It’s a law…..???
He is 80 now and still sounds great
Tom Jones is up there by himself. He has been singing for a long time and still sounds the same.
He is 80 and still can sing that smoothly! ♥️
Tom Jones songs to react to: She's A Lady, Green Green Grass of Home, Delilah, What's New Pussycat, Its Not Unusual and Treat Her Right!
YES
Don't forget "if you want to see me do my thing (just pull my string)
Daughter of Darkness👍
@@paulwoolley4957 Theme from "Thunderball". It is said that he held the last note for so long during the recording session that he fainted.
tom jones (sir) wow, i did not know.... i've always loved his music, yet i don't have any of his albums ... 'its not unusual' was his first hit.... did not care too much for his hit song 'delilah' haha (too emotional)
He has a very very powerful voice. I can imagine someone being blown back from the force of it.
He just sits in his "The Voice" chair then his powerful voice vibrates around the studio without effort with the other stars left dumbfounded by his power & class.
Yes that's Tom Jones he appeared in the Prince of Bel-Air one of the most popular songs he has Out is it's not unusual to be loved by anyone or if not the most popular song
I think Sir Tom Jones has had a hit for 6 decades straight.
So you really want to treat find Tom Jones and the Art of Noise performing their version of Prince's song kiss. You can thank me later.
YES!! Art Of Noise is another great group too.
Awesome
@@TracyfromNC The correct version of this song is one of the finest pieces of music ever (more on version later). Prince, The Art of Noise and Tom Jones. It is either going to be great or really not. It was WAY beyond great.
I had the CD and lost it. The newer version CD's shortened the song from over 8 minutes to about 3 1/2 minutes. It was horrible. Thank goodness for Ebay I was able to find the original Blue cover version (NOT the pink cover) and get this song back.
No no no he butchered it and it should be struck from the world and never heard again, it was a load of rubbish
He still sings as powerfully today! He's a coach on The Voice UK and sang this with the son of Lonnie Donegan (the guy who wrote the song for him) on the show.
In his native Wales he's affectionately known as "Jones the voice" along with 2 million other Welsh men
Welsh anthem before beating England 30-3 at rugby in 2013- on youtube
Love you two, btw. It's not the "I'm never gonna fall..." that hits me everytime I hear this song, it's that final "please don't make me fall in love again!" that really hits home.
I don’t understand how people have never heard of Tom Jones ...must live under a rock or not have a radio or television
Ditto!❤️
Tom is still singing
He just released One More Cupof Coffee a Dylan cover. He is as good on it as ever. He is now Sir Tom Jones
In 1967 I was 10 years old and my mom was in love with Tom Jones as was every other mom in America.💙😍🍺🍺🍺You might also like to listen to "Green green grass of home" and Delilah!
In 67 I was 8 years old and I can remember this when he was on German TV. He was huge in Germany 😍
In 1967 I was nine and when his tv show came on mom would drop everything to watch on our little black and white tv.
Tom Jones - treat her right, not the most amazing song but the video and his behavior is hilarious
And those moves can't be duplicated...
The one man Elvis wanted to teach him how to sing! He was blown away by Tom Jones, but Tom comes from the Valleys in Wales, and singing was always a BIG thing there!!
B. S ..... Your statement has no fact ..... Only spoken by Jones himself claiming it ..... Wake-Up ..... However ..... Elvis was nice to everyone ..... And said thing to please them ..... Even to Jones ..... No way in hell is Jones better then Elvis ..... In anyway ..... History is written ..... Elvis did it all and is the goat of it all ..... Tom is still here ..... And Elvis has been gone for just over forty-four years ..... And still the G.O.A.T ..... What does that tell you ..... History has spoken ..... Jones is a has been and will fade away as all good singers do ..... But Elvis he is still growing ..... Time to face facts ..... You can .... Fight it .... Argue it .... Cuss at it .... Disagree with it .... Be Jealous of it .... You can even claim others his equal or his better .... But every time the dust settles .... Elvis is still king .... God said .... And that .... That there is just something you cannot change .... Can't be done .... No Brag ..... Just Fact .....
@@bign8580 It's a shame you can't see that Elvis had a character trait you don't possess in any way.....humility. Try it sometime. Elvis was a supreme performer, but ask any singing coach or indeed singer, to compare him with Tom, and they'll point out he had a lot less range and often struggled to hit the right notes, but that never mattered because everyone loved him; Jones on the other hand was a Welshman, brought up in the Valleys of Wales with a powerful and consistent voice that Elvis had the humility and honest to be astonished with; he said he was "my favourite singer"

@@GloryCarrier22 Wrong is so many of your statements ..... Your writing crapola ..... I would like to help you wake-up ..... Really I should ..... But trying to get someone like you looking to truth ..... Well would just take to much time ..... And by the way ..... Roy Orbison .... Elvis said was the best he thought when asked ..... That's who Elvis thought was a great singer ..... And of-course Roy said ..... Elvis hands down ..... I mean your fighting on the wrong side of history ..... IN OTHER WORDS IT IS ALL READY WRITTEN ..... MEANS IT IS DONE ALREADY ..... GET IT ..... HISTORY ..... UNDERSTAND .....
@@bign8580 Tom can sing infinitely better in his 80s than Elvis could in his mid 40s. Elvis could shake a hip when rock n roll was starting, but Tom clearly had a better voice. Wales is well known as the land of song- mining towns in South Wales, where Tom was from, were renowned for their male voice choirs. Even the American film How Green Was My Valley showed the miners coming home singing. The black American Paul Robeson appeared in the Welsh film The Proud Valley; he loved the Welsh singing and the miners' spirit too. He became a friend of Wales for life. The film Zulu has Welsh soldiers singing in strong hearty voice even when under attack by thousands of Zulus. Your use of capitals won't win an argument, simply shows foolishness and desperation- a sensible spoken message is far superior to shouted nonsense.
@@mizofan You can blow this smoke..... Till the cows come home ..... Elvis is so much more then Tom can even imagine ..... Elvis will al-way be the best ..... Tom is good in-fact very good but ..... Not even in the top 50 singers out there from the 50's and 60's Not even close .....Sorry .....You can keep your Wales philosophy of how a country grows better singers ..... Like the land is the maker of a voice and not the person ..... Your to far gone ..... for me to help ..... Good luck on telling the Billions of people on Earth that Tom is Better than Elvis ..... To help pull you out of your Dilemma.....Elvis and Tom were here at the same time and both did their thing at the same time ..... To speed this up for you ..... Elvis won ..... Good Bye ..... And before you reply back ..... DON"T ..... Cause I do care about your thinking of Toms better thing ..... Cause to me he is NOT ..... And never will be ..... You'll never change my mind ..... So don't try ..... As I will not reply back to you .....
Class act. One of a kind our Tom! So good to see these songs pass through the generations.
I’ve seen him in concert four times since 2010, as recently as in 2019. And he is amazing every time; even continuing to release new albums! His Reload albums are really fun, as he’s doing covers/duets with more current artists.
Chris Stapleton would be honored to be put in the same vocal category as Tom Jones.
I must admit that I’ve never heard of Chris Stapleton but I am over here in England. I am still still surprised they have never heard of Sir Tom Jones.
@@johnwaga3702 Chris Stapleton is well worth a listen!
Never heard of him, but sorry no one can match Sir Tom Jones, ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm glad you guys like it!!❤ Tom Jones, Elvis Presley and Englebert Humperdink, all 3 of them are very good you should check them out too!❤
Sir tom jones is 80yrs old still making music to this day still got the pipes too
This is my favorite performance of any kind. Live ; especially. That’s a bad man
We loved him here in Britain, the welsh singer at it’s best, great songs he sung 🇬🇧❤️xx
He is 80. Still performing, saw him in Bham 2019. FABULOUS!
I'm pretty sure that Tom Jones opened the first used lingerie shop in Wales.
🤣😂🤣😂😁💪🤙
🤣🤣🤣🤣
LMFAO
Our wonderful Tom. I was eight when he sang this. Mum and Dad bought all his records. Our wonderful late Queen knighted him. Sir Tom
And this truly was LIVE....no overdub!
Funny, real and absolutely lovely.
Thank you for your uploads, brings joy to my heart watching :-)
Tom Jones and Stevie wonder duet is a must.
As well as being epic on his own. Tom has probably dueted with more other big name singers than anyone else ever.
I preferred the Ray CHarles and Stevie Wonder duet though at times it seemed like The Blind leading The Blind.............no disrespect to either of these Superstars...
All good but tom and little richard is a must see.
@@jamestaylor1347 Tom and a good few people is a must see. :D
yup, even seen him do a duet with Aretha Franklin
Stevie paid tribute to his 80 year old friend Tom, sang a few bars of It's Not Unusual on The Voice (on youtube).
Yall are one of my favorite reaction channels. You both have amazing synergy, you're obviously a good man, your wife's a beautiful woman, and yall's honest critiquing is refreshing. Keep it up.
Tom Jones was and still is on a whole different level of cool then most.
What a powerful voice...fantastic song..makes life worth living to hear this song...
Live performance, no auto tune. Just him and his fabulous voice. Cheers.
You must watch the new clip from the voice where he does live, "I won't crumble if you fall." Everyone cried. It's amazing!!!
Tom will be 81 this year and still performs and sounds great. Hope you’ll do more ☮️💜 Tom and Janis Joplin is a must watch
Listening to Tom Jones makes me melt. No one compares.
One of the best voices EVER
Love your reactions. You are beautiful folks for appreciating beauty
Tom has a great voice he's the guy that sings the song it's not unusual that carlton danced to on fresh prince he has a song called she's a lady that y'all should check out and speaking of great singers check out kenny rogers lady and chris cornell cover of nothing compares to you and the righteous brothers you've lost that loving feeling🔥🎶🔥
lionel richie wrote the song 'Lady". (i love to sing lionel richie songs because they are right in my key) (and he has written some beautiful songs)
@@SydHarewood yes he was a great song writer and he wrote lady for kenny rogers sometime in the 80's while lionel was still part of the commodores
Man growing up in the 70's my mom loved his voice and so did I and still today he has a voice of gold. So glade to see this and to here is voice beautiful.
If you could do He Stopped Loving Her Today, I would be forever in your debt. Prepare tissues, for real.
Best sad love song ever written. Only George Jones can sAng it right though.
Damn that's a good one...and on the George Jones side of things...my 1st 2 concerts ever were George...1st because he was effed up n had to come back for 2nd n I was all in for all of it. Not as good grand scheme as Forks of The River Jam I got to do years later but simply amazing even as a young one
One of my all time favourite songs and, in my opinion, Sir Tom sang it wayyy better than George Jones. I’ve see Sir Tom live 3 times in my life and had the honour of hearing him sing it...what an amazing man!!
@@poofalooo I think you're getting your jones' mixed up
@@pleutron 😂 nope, def not. Just my opinion tho obvs 🤷🏻♀️☺️
I saw TJ twice about 20 years ago in Oakland and SF. The man has volume, he is seriously loud. I was close to the front and i could hear his natural voice over the stage monitors and P.A. I've seen a ton of live music but i've never heard a singer's voice over the amplified voice on the P.A in large venue. And women go crazy for him live old and young. It is sort of a long standing joke that old ladies throw their panties at him onstage.... and they did.
The Welsh have some great singers, you guys should check out Shirley Bassey singing 'Goldfinger' live at Albert hall 1974. Great vocals.
Bryn Terfel a fine opera singer, the Welsh rugby crowds, e.g anthem before beating England 30-3 in 2013 (on youtube)
Its a man on stage controlling his voice, no joking around, no clowning, just a man with a great voice singing.
I've always been enamored by Jais smile.....lucky man
My guy...I saw this this song touch your soul. Whew.......I learned so much about you while you were just listening to this beautiful song. Beautiful choice of video to react to. Yall are fantastic. Keep up the great work. 😎
He’s 80 years old now and is a judge on the voice UK and he still sounds great. There’s a video of him singing ITS A MANS WORLD with Jennifer Hudson.
